Privacy notice

Draft placeholder — not legal advice. A plain-English placeholder describing the data the platform handles. It must be reviewed against UK GDPR before launch.

Booking protection and private communication

We record one-time arrival-code verification, separate guest completion confirmation, no-show claims, disputes, booking-scoped messages and optional private evidence images. Only booking participants and authorised admins can access the conversation and evidence. Images, ratings and silence are not conclusive proof. We do not continuously track your location. Relevant in-app messages may be reviewed by Lovable AI for advisory contradiction/risk flags during a dispute; an admin makes money decisions, never AI. Stripe collects payout onboarding and bank details on its hosted pages. Retention periods, lawful basis, AI notice and international processing require legal review before launch.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, city), booking details (service, date, address for mobile appointments, notes you provide), professional profile content, and payment references. We do not store card numbers.

Why we use it

To create your account, show relevant professionals near you, take and confirm bookings, collect deposits, prevent fraud and provide support.

Who sees it

A professional sees the details needed to carry out your appointment: your name, phone number, chosen service, time and — for mobile appointments — your address. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Contact [support email to be confirmed]. [Placeholder — requires legal review, including retention periods and lawful bases.]
